HAPPY ANDALUCIAN DAY!!
Next Monday we celebrate the Day of Andalucia (Día de Andalucía) when we commemorate the 1980 referendum, which gave full autonomy to the Andalucian community.
Our autonomous community includes the provinces of Almería, Cadiz, Cordoba, Granada, Huelva, Jaen, Malaga and Seville.
It is the community with the largest population in Spain, with a total of 8.500.808 inhabitants.
One of the best things to enjoy on Andalucia's big day is to have one of its greatest tradition, a bread and olive oil snack, known as the "miller's breakfast"
